The flat Parsley is a fresh herb, one of the most used in Mediterranean countries. Its taste is unique and this herb could be associated with all types of dishes such as salads, meats, fishes and vegetables.
Curly parsley
Latin denomination: Petroselinum crispum
Botanical family: Apiaceae, umbelliferae

The curly parsley may also be associated with several types of dishes. In fact, it is often used as a plate decoration.
Nevertheless, parsley, curly or flat is a strong ally to a healthy diet. Full of vitamins, it can also brighten your fruit juices/ smoothies up.
Mint

Perennial plant
Well known as the main mojito ingredient, this herb could be used in numerous dishes, sweet, or savory, but also in a lot of drinks, juices, cocktails, smoothies, etc.
Spinach
Latin denomination: Spinacia oleracea
Botanical family: Chenopodiaceae
Perennial plant
You can easily eat spinach raw or cooked according to seasons and culinary preferences: savory pies, detox juices, salads,… This vegetable can be consumed all along the year. Spinach are usually sold loose, in boxes from 3 to 5 kg, but we are also adapting the packaging to our client needs.

We are producing several types of chards: the classical white one, but also the colored one.
This vegetable is not yet very well known, but both the stems and leaves are eatable. If the chard is harvested early, you can enjoy it either raw, or cooked. You can prepare chard in a similar fashion as the spinach: in pies, sautéed with other vegetables, in salad,…
